Experience Required: 5 years customer service experience working in a combined customer and technical support role
 
Full Time 10:00am - 7:00pm
 
Customer Service Representative needed to field incoming calls, and place outbound welcome calls to customers of the 2Go Media Marketing Platform. 
 
Duties are to include:

• providing timely and accurate Customer Support via inbound and outbound call processing.
• processing all customer requests via phone or email
• must work well in a team environment
• must adhere to all productivity and quality standards as communicated by management
• must be punctual and have consistent attendance
• must be able to work in heavy call rotation, and customer resolution environment
